According to Dave Linder, Twin Lakes Utilities Board:

Many lake residents received a mailing from Xenia Rural Water recently. Twin Lakes residents should not have been included in this mailing. Xenia does not intend to compete with the Twin Lakes Utilities’ water distribution system. The Twin Lakes Water Board of Directors is talking with Xenia to see if there are any services they could offer our residents that would improve service and maintain our low cost. At this time Twin Lakes residents should simply ignore the recent Xenia mailing.
