The Fort Dodge Messenger reports that Prestige Farms of Iowa LLC, which had been denied construction permits in August by the Calhoun County Board of Supervisors, has received a preliminary green light from the DNR. The facility is to be located three miles south of South Twin lake and plans call for it to hold 4,800 hogs.
