Twin Lakes Triathlon
Get ready for the second annual Twin Lakes Half-Olympic Distance Triathlon Championship on Saturday, August 2. Check-in begins at 6:00 am, and the race starts at 7:30 am. (There is no race-day registration.)
Participants will swim 750m (.47mi), bike 20km (12.4mi), and run 5km (3.1mi) in and around beautiful North Twin Lake, finishing at the Twin Lakes Christian Center. This year’s race will feature chip timing.
All triathlon participants will receive a runners dry release shirt, goody bag, and a hot breakfast after the event. Proceeds from the event benefit the Twin Lakes Christian Center.
Not up to racing? Come out and make some noise! Cheer on the racers and enjoy breakfast, provided by Boy Scouts troop 94 of Rockwell City, for a small donation.
